Regain Energy and Innate Beauty
To enhance your innate beauty, eliminate foods that stress your digestion. Feeling better can be that simple. In these Before and After photos you can see how my client’s beaming faces reflect the changes they’ve made through good nutrition. When you give your body a balanced diet of freshly prepared whole foods that are easy for you to assimilate, it will mend itself. No pricy meal replacements or gimmicky products required!
There’s no one diet that fits all. So how do we discern the diet that best suited to you? With Chinese Face Reading we can see beneath the surface of the skin to identify digestive and other internal imbalances. Then when you make dietary and lifestyle shifts based on your reading, you can bask in renewed health and energy.
What to Look For
Here are three basic guidelines of what to look for in the photos below—or in your mirror. As some facial indicators are subtle, you may want to enlarge your screen as necessary. When our digestion and energy are good we can expect:
1. Face and neck with uniform color (exceptions are the cheeks in young people and the lips in all ages)
2. Lips that are uniform in size and with clear, precise borders
3. Eyes that convey vitality and qi
At first glance, the changes in Betty’s Before and After photos seem minor. Her skin is now more uniform in color, she’s slimmed down, and her eyes convey more grounded energy than when she first came to me as a client. Betty is 54 years old.
But looking more closely at her mouth region, we see significant changes. The pink above her lip in the Before photo reveals that she was suffering from acid indigestion and inflammation. Today the pink is gone, as is the blue-white zone above the pink zone. Her lips are now the same size and they’re evenly colored. And the puffy ridge below her lower lip is nicely shrinking, which shows that her leaky gut is mending. Good work, Betty.
Although subtle, in the Before photo, Radul’s face is whiter than his neck, and today both his neck and face are the same basic color. In the Before photo, his nose has three distinct color zones, and today it is uniform. The dark circles under his eyes are receding and his lips are similar in size and color (in the first photo, his upper lip is more white and his bottom lip is larger). The pink and white color above his mouth in the first photo are now gone. Perhaps most dramatic is the overall feeling his face conveys. If looks don’t lie, today Radul is energetically more centered and enjoying greater ease in his life.
Forty-three-year-old Bill said “enough!” to the meds that didn’t resolve his chronic eczema and instead changed his diet. Compare just his lips in the Before and 30-days-after photos as a measure of his regained digestive health. As Bill’s new diet is easy to assimilate, toxins are no longer sloughed off through his skin as eczema. A host of other nagging problems are also receding, and he is delighting in his renewed energy and newfound well-being. While there’s still a discrepancy between the color of his neck and face, after just one month of eating well, it is already less dramatic.
Here are four photos of Diana, a 40-year-old working mother with five young children. As we see in the first photo, when she came to me for help, Diana was not thriving despite the fact that she had been carefully following a so-called healthy diet.
In the first photo, note: (1) there is a color discrepancy between Diana’s face and neck; (2) the skin across the bridge of her nose is whiter than above or below it; (3) her eyes and cheeks (jowls) are dark and sunken; (4) her eyes lack luster; (5) her lip color is variable; (6) a greenish-yellow tint surrounds her mouth; (7) a white line is visible above her top lip; and (8) the skin centered above her top lip is pink.
In the three After photos, we see that overall Diana’s skin color has evened out, her eyes and jowls are no longer sunken and have better color, her eyes convey energy, and her lips and surrounding skin are uniformly colored.
