Clear Up Your Complexion with Face Reading

Targeted Remedies for Skin Problems

If you have a bothersome complexion issue, you may be surprised to learn that what you see on the outside reflects an inner imbalance. It’s true: Your face mirrors your overall health. So even if your innards seem fine, an unwanted facial indicator is a call to action. Face Reading points to solutions.

For example, three clients eliminated coffee for 30 days and gained dramatic shifts in their appearance and overall energy. You’ll find their stories and before and after photos here. Even though I’d provided them with a whole protocol, each woman, knowing that she needed to take it a step at a time, started by shifting from coffee to tea.

You can also see how quickly others regained their glow in the Before and After Photos blog. These clients did more than eliminate coffee. They avoided foods that were problematic for them, took targeted digestive aids and made lifestyle shifts. That’s where Face Reading gives the edge to discern—and fine-tune—a protocol specific to your needs.

Recovery Is a Three-Step Process

Whatever your complexion issue is, to restore color and tone requires three steps. First, identify what caused the original imbalance. Second, make changes and track to see what works. Then, adjust your protocol over the years as necessary to maintain your appearance and health.

1. Determine and Address the Causes of Imbalance

What in your current diet and lifestyle needs upgrading? Make a list. Your list, for example, might include: more exercise, make time for breakfast, and reduce caffeine. Now muster your pluck and implement those changes. Within a few weeks, you will see subtly improved facial color and tone that reflect improved balance of your inner organs. It’s really this simple. And it feels goood.

2. Track the Effectiveness of Your Upgrades

Some of your facial color and tone upgrades will be obvious. Others are more subtle. To help you see your improvements, photos are required. Take a “before” photo of your face, then a month later take an “after” photo. Enlarge them on your display screen and you’ll be astonished at the upgrades you see in your “after” photo. I say this with total confidence, as for decades I’ve walked many hundreds of clients through this process.

3. Adjust and Refine Your Protocol as Necessary

If you’re young and healthy, the above may be all you need to gain desired results. But people with chronic conditions typically require additional upgrades. If you’ve made some changes but don’t see significant facial shifts, continue refining your protocol and add the following:

  • Favor freshly prepared whole foods
  • Have adequate protein and fat in every meal
  • Consider eliminating the most common food irritants including gluten, dairy and eggs
  • Use basic digestive aids to support assimilation
