    • There are many grossly exaggerated claims re. kombucha. Like any fermented food, it has excellent medicinal properties but the healing effects of foods are subtle. For most people, cleaning up their diet is more profound than adding a superfood.

  2. I’m so impressed with your blog!! I love it! I am really looking forward to learning all that your blog will teach me. Some people like playing games to take up extra time, I like learning, expecially about things for a healthier aging!! Just learned about Diatomacious Earth, am excited about the effects I will see soon in my body! I wish I’d learned about things earlier,but if it can keep me active through my life from 60, and onward, I have much to be thankful for! Bless You Dear Lady!!
