For your pleasure, here are many of my favorite recipes. They use only whole, unprocessed ingredients and are quick and easy rather than fussy or pretentious. Well, all are relatively quick except the fermented dishes; they take a little time to set by but then they quietly ferment all by themselves. Enjoy!

Rebecca,
I just wanted to thank you for posting these recipes on your website and allowing them to be copied! (that way I can print the one I want to try and stay in the kitchen rather than running back and forth to my computer or writing it down). I just think it was a very considerate thing for you to do. It tells me that you really care about people not just profit.
Ive tried the Better Than Chicken and WOW! amazing, and my kids love it. I love the sardine dip (which who knew I liked sardines) and the white bean dip is great on pasta just like you said (i get tired of making spaghetti sauce and i wont buy it from a can)
I plan to buy your book soon (if I don’t get it for Christmas) so I can have all of your recipes.
I constantly tell people to come see your website because I have referred to it myself often knowing that I can prepare something simply nutritious for my husband and kids.
By the way, I am 40 and my hair is turning gray and i think you are lovely! I hope to look and feel vibrant into my 50′s as I learn to read my face, eat for health and exercise.
Thank you, because even though you don’t know me, you are helping me!
blessings to you and yours,
Darla
